Architecting the Techno-Ethical Leader: An Advanced Ecosystem Framework for Women’s Nation-Building Rooted in Vivekananda’s Pedagogy

  • Abstract :

The intersection of value-based education and digital agency is increasingly recognized as the cornerstone of contemporary women's leadership. Previous research successfully addressed the "translation crisis" by introducing the LEAD framework and the Holistic Leadership Index (HLI), which operationalized classical philosophical ideals into scalable, individual metrics. However, as digital environments evolve into complex, AI-driven architectures, there is a critical need to advance individual metrics into systemic, macro-level educational ecosystems. Building upon the foundational principles of Swami Vivekananda's "man-making" education, this study proposes an advanced successor model: the Vivekananda Techno-Ethical Leadership Lattice (V-TELL). This framework expands the concept of Digital Intelligence (DQ) into comprehensive Techno-Ethical Governance, aligning cognitive, psychological, and ethical development with cross-institutional application. By transitioning from localized metrics to systemic pedagogical infrastructure, this study provides educational policymakers with a blueprint to cultivate women not merely as participants in the digital economy, but as the ethical architects of sustainable, technology-driven nation-building.
